Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 Eek, just watched the vids. Don't think I'd have been wandering round quite so close to the back wheels while they're screaming away. Quote

Matt Seabrook Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Good for a standard is engine Andy. Now all you need is some cams and forged pistons. Quote

adhawkins Posted May 24, 2005 Author Posted May 24, 2005 Maybe another job for the winter then... How much would this affect the car's on-road driving? Wouldn't want it to become undriveable as a road car... Ta. Andy Quote
Matt Seabrook Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Depends on how made you go with the cams my Zetec has been cammed up and is very drivable on the road. My sprint car has 300 deg cams and is not as nice to drive on the road and I think I would get fed up with having to rev it so hard on the road all the time. 285ish degrees would be a good road spec and give you a good lump extra power. This is just my taste of course Quote
welsh wizard Posted May 24, 2005 Posted May 24, 2005 Hey...I'm a magnet for the ladies, so I guess it's only natural that I can turn a few guys' heads too... Should I be worried??? Luned Quote
