OK, If the route is decided beforehand, could you let me know?

Chances are you'd have to come past Bicester/A43/M40 in order to get the Pod, so it seems daft for me to leave home at 7:15 to get to Witney, to them come back again, when I could hook up with you "en route" as it were.

Yep, weather permitting see you there. Two Westies (yellow- don't go there) and a 350BHP nissan.

13.5 @ 99.25 is my PB. I reckon i'll need some better tyres to beat that though.

:t-up:

Daft question time again ???

I take it 13.5 is a very good time, what sort of time would be considered respectable for a 2 ltr Westy?

tigger that is a good time

my best a few years back with stanard vauxhall and standard gearbox and 185 tyres was 13.8 at 100mph 1/4 mile

loads of wheels spin ,and in each gear.

was hoping to do better but engine not mapped yet.

Chaps,, I live close to here.  The Farndish approach road is closed... I suggest you approach S.P  from either Wollaston on the Hinwick Road. or probably  best via Bozeat for you Southerners. If you approach from Irchester (as most people do) that approach roads closed. Have a good one.. Als for what its worth the Local Tescos dont sell LRP any more.

Looks good. What kinda times did you guys get?

Those two RS200's are cool

Obviously you need to wear a helmet, but did they insist on the arm straps? I remember ppl saying that you needed some kinda arm restraints at the Pod if running open top car?

rs200 one of them was 500+ bhp.very fast

helmet and straps required , we just used a piece of rope around arms and sat on it

:D  :D

one of us was asked to wear gloves too :(

never been asked that one before.
