wacomuk
obviously the narrow body is narrower than the wide body but what's the differences in the to as in handling etc ?
stu999
Don't worry about the handling - both cars (correctly set up) will handle awesome. Instead, the worry should be *if* you can actually fit in a narrow...
markcoopers
I'm led to believe that the front track and suspension pick ups are identical on both, with the Wide only wider from this point back. Not sure about the "I" versions, but a ford live axle is the same width in either Narrow or Wide format.
Mark Stanton
"I" denotes independent rear suspension option and is more commonly available in wide format - there are a small number of narrow bodied ones arround SEI - narrow body Independent SEIW - Wide body independent SE cars are narrow body variant with Escort axle HTH
itguy
Didn't think that SEi's (narrow) were that rare? I love mine

Mark Stanton
o.k o.k - perhaps "not as common as the SEi wide" then or "rarer than the Sei Wide"
markcoopers
I dont think that was the question either, Wacomuk was asking about handling differences, not what the letters meant Oh and for what it'sworth, I liked my Narrow indipendent one as well.
