So which section are they covered under in the BB  ?

At the start of section L10 it says "C Technical - in addition to Complying with E12, all vehicles competing in Sprints, Hillclimbs or Drag races must comply with the following AS APPROPRIATE:"

In answer to your question it is E12 in the BB.

Very few regional championships use the Blue Book for their roadgoing classes so L11 just doesn't apply and Blatters certainly couldn't use that protest anywhere in the Southern part of the country.  The only part that applies from L is L10 for roadgoing cars down here.  The SRs then define the technical restrictions.

I believe mine is a Roadgoing Specialised Production Car.

When it was produced that model did not meet 11.1.1.

That's the best laugh I have had for a while Ash  :D  :D  :D

I thought your fitted the Extremley Highly Modified Production car class, that can also go on a road  :D  :D  :D

Problem is last year there were numerous comments about the car being not being legal, some directly (thanks to the people for those) and some indirectly.

I'm afraid Blatters you accidentally got the brunt of my frustration on the subject.

It certainly has been an introduction to motorsport!

No problem Keith. As I hope you recall, we had several converastions regarding your car, but not once was I ever critical of the way it was presented. I wish going fast was as simple as copying set up ideas. Sadly for me, I realise that driver skill is *the* most important variable in the equation.

Unfortunately, success breeds envy like nothing else. For my part, I *know* how much time and effort you put in to the series last year and your success was the reward for that commitment.

I wish you continued success in 2005, and I'm looking forward to the Westy/arm/GuyG battles that are going to take place this year. I suspect it's going to be a vintage season in class D :t-up:

Thank you for the encourage.  It will certainly be a good year though for the SS will be more of a virtual battle due to the point I made in the techy section, but it will be very exciting for the on-the-day class

I have a trick up my sleeve as well this year that should bring me closer to the times the car is capable of :t-up:
