Tomcat
Hello All, A colleague of mine is after numbers to fill up a track day at Donington on Wednesday 9th March. The noise limit is 102dba and the cost is around £150 and is being organised by the VSCC. If you are interested contact the organiser - Mike Stripe - on 01608 644778 Extn 4 during office hours (mention the invite came from Colin Smith) or you can contact Colin out of office hours on 07841 012506. Apparently there will be some impressive and exotic machinery there which I am sure you will have fun running rings around - I would go myself but car in bits for winter mods still! Have fun
DickieB
Last VSCC meeting I went to, they had from 500cc to 22 litres..... Interesting in the handicapped race (which was won by a 90 year old, who was older than his vintage car! He then raced again in a later race - hope I can still do that at 90 years old)

Blatman
Yeah. Can't be easy for Muffin to pass, although the blue flags should help...

DickieB
Nope. The cam follower or something went, and they need to replace it and the camshaft

DickieB
Yeah. Worse than that, cos the (original) engine builder checked the follower and said it would be OK - it clearly wasn't
I.S.M
Doesnt have much luck does he nick. massive shame because if he can stay out of trouble (you make your own luck in my opinion) hed be a real contender - this season will favour the consitent driver - 2 day meets and 2 races in a day meets. Roll On.
