What fuel pump?

Recommended Posts

I want to change the mechanical fuel pump on my xflow with twin 40's, but I'm not sure whether to go the solid state route or otherwise. It seems to me that the solid state type should be more reliable but looking at Facet pumps they are cheaper so, thinking logically ( for a change! ), the other type must be better.

Any views?

Save some money - a solid state pump will be fine... Don't forget that you highly likely to need a pressure regulator too (fit the reg as close to the carbs as you can).

That'll need a Filter King regulator to go with it :D
