Bananaman Posted January 7, 2005 Posted January 7, 2005 Elite 5 Speed Sequential Dogbox (Ford Fitting) 20kg Has it got ally internals as well.............. Quote
mhc Posted January 7, 2005 Posted January 7, 2005 Just a few comments from a very excitable boy,(apologies to Warren Zevon( the elite 6 speed sequential weighs 18 klgs, the standard case is ali, so therefore as its already fitted in the new Westfield it then becomes legal for all list 1a classes, unless deemed otherwise by the organisers of the revelent championships (boo boo).Sequential gearboxes will become the next must have item, if you can afford it, you will buy one. In a few years time we will all wonder what all the fuss was about. No insider information, sometimes 2+2 does equal 4. I can,t stop smiling, regards. Quote
SteveF Posted January 7, 2005 Posted January 7, 2005 Guess if they're now building chassis how 'they should be' - you'll have more time to spend on building carbon fibre bellhousings Quote

felters Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 The R400 and R500 aren't in the Caterham internet price list either, I wonder if they have been dropped from the range now? Yep - both have been dropped. You're unlikely to get a self build kit from CC for a while. The demand for factory built ones alone is going to outstrip Arch's ability to supply the new chassis. Apparently... Quote
