Bananaman
Hi Since installing a Firewall I cannot se my avatar or others hosted by .gentlyhosting.co.uk Anybody got any idea how you allow your firewall to see this info? Firewall is Norton Internet Security. Andy
gregh
I can't see your avator either, suspect it may not be your firewall! regards, greg
Bananaman
Greg I think the reson you carn't see my Avatar is that I started to change when I realised it was not there so deleated the old image. adhawkins
Did you look through the thread linked in my sig? People were discussing firewall fixes in that thread. It's related to the browser privacy settings in the firewall. You might have to add avatars.gentlyhosting.co.uk as a 'trusted site', or something similar. SEiGHT
It's probably not the "firewall" part of the firewall that's causing the problem, but the "ad blocker" part which seems to be bundled in a lot these days. Having said that, your avatar is working fine for me and I'm using ZoneAlarm Pro as my firewall and I have my add blocking turned on.
