It's called "Lotus Seven - A Collector's Guide" by Jeremy Coulter. It was/is published by: Motor Racing Publications Limited Unit 6, The Pilton Estate 46 Pitlake Croydon CR0 3RY ISBN 0-947981-71-3 If you don't already have this book, I recommend it if you're interrested in Lotus Sevens (which I'm sure you are! ).
