Even my youngest son can beat that  :p

I did about 10 jumps in the space of a couple of months back when I was at Uni. Unfortunately I then left such a gap that it would have meant having to go back through training again, which I couldn't afford at the time.

By the time I could afford it again...I had a mortgage and life insurance, and the whole thing just becomes that much more complicated... :down:

I love both those pics, talk about ideal base jumping platforms.

During my brief parachuting phase I read a book by one of the top base jumpers of the time...seriously mad if you ask me.

I've seen enough parachutes open 'backwards' to make me decide that the only base jumping I'd even have considered would have been from a bridge...

Looks great fun, but the videos of people being immediately driven backwards into a cliff on opening don't look like my idea of fun...
