gregh
further to my wheel quest, does anyone know how you convert an offset measurement to a backdepth measurement? ie my wheels are ET37, does anyone know what backdepth that represents? regards, greg
JasonR
To work out the back depth you need to know the rim width. Then add the offset (37mm) to half the rimwidth to give the back depth. If you do a search I am sure somebody has posted a link to a site that has a diagram that illustrates the above. edited to say it depends if the offset is positive or negative. If it is positive you need to add it to half the rim width, if negative subtract, I think.
