Jan Coombes Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 I have been told at work there is about a 90% chance of me having to move to Melborne. I have been looking on the internet about taking a car with me, but I can only aford to take one so one of them will have to be sold. (if anyone can offer any help let me know) The twin engine car is really quick, but its loud, and has no wether gear due to the full cage. Engines are not a issue as I have 2 spare ones now. The cabon car is my love I have spent about £30,000 getting it to the spec it is. If anyone is intrested in either of these cars email, at the end of the day it will all come down to money, I am sad to say. What whould you do? What should I do? Carbon car Twin engine car Quote
Mike H Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 Do you mean Melbourne in South Derbyshire? Quote
Bananaman Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 Question is, what are you gonna use the car for over there? Why did you buy the Twin bike car when you had the VX carbon car Which one do YOU want to keep Make a descision, stick to it, be happy with it... Come on lad get a grip..... Quote
oioi Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 do you rob banks for a living or are you a merchant banker Quote
kik1.6se Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 I could look after one of them for you . Kirk Quote
Jan Coombes Posted November 24, 2004 Author Posted November 24, 2004 Do you mean Melbourne in South Derbyshire? Err no the one on the other side of the world. I wanted a twin engine car when I was building my carbon one, but it was just to much money. I had just sold my single seater when the twin engine car came up for sale, so I had some spare cash. There both really really nice cars. Its like going out with 2 FHM models, but you have to dump one. do you rob banks for a living Nope just single with no kids. Biggest money saver there is. Quote
Al Yupright Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 If you have an "ultralight supper" dont you find it hard to get to sleep due to belly rumblings? Quote
scott beeland Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 As you seem to have a bucket load of engines for the BEC it surely makes sense to keep that one? Quote
James Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 I would keep the carbon car its got to be one of a kind! tough choice though Quote
samcooke Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 Keep the carbon one. I'll start the bidding for the orange machine : £14.50 Quote
