Messer Posted November 18, 2004 Share Posted November 18, 2004 Ok reluctantly I am wanting to sell on my Westy the spec is as follows: The car was finished early this year after buying a 1989 Chassis which had been blasted and re powder coated and sourcing everything else separately. 1989 Chassis with Escort Diff in Westfield Housing 1999 ZK Bodywork in BRG with detachable arches Carbon fibre Cycle Wings 2.0 XE 16v Engine (152bhp @ Wheels @ 5700rpm) Mild Cams (unsure which as I did not fit them, my rolling road technician informed me) 2x 45mm Dellorto's (fully rebuilt this yr with ALL internals replaced) Bonnet Exit stainless exhaust SBD Alloy Bellhousing Alloy Shallow Sump Cav 8v Ignition Fast road fuel pump Type 9 Box Drilled and grooved disks 15' TSW Alloys with new Toyo Proxes on front New Cobra Roadster 7s with green piping Willans 4 point harnesses SPA Mirrors Full Screen with early alloy posts Tonneau & Hood barely used Carbon dash VDO Instruments I have done about 1500 miles top since it was built, took about 2.5 years to build and everything is new, clocks, seats, brake disks/pads/calibers/copper lines/MC etc. I treated it as a new build but on an early chassis with logbook. I know that the chassis is old but its completely rebuilt and has all been powder coated.
