Doesn`t that have the primary and secondary ports the wrong way around?

Ie frount port is for the back brake and vice versa?

I think you're right...

It'd be well worth while checking it out to be sure...

6)"This panel may need to be flexed to fit" ???

Ho ho ho....oops....I'm sure we can flatten that kink out....hmmmmm

It's all relative with the build manual, at least we get one. When my mate started building his Grinall 6 years ago he didn't get any instructions, just the bits in a big bag. He spent a day at the factory taking pictures, making notes and diagrams.  :p

I'm 13 and am building a motorbike power Locost (with a bit of help from dad when it comes to undoing sierra rear hubnuts:D ). Started when I was 12 (yr7)and it has been a huge learning experience. Learnt how to MIG weld, use an angle grinder without damaging myself and many other things involved in building a chassis.

And don't worry, every dimension and every weld is checked by my dad (guess where I got the gene from :p ), so it won't be three inches longer on one side than the other!

Also learnt that 20ft of rectangular steel is only 19 ft when chopped up!:(
