Willem Toet, Senior Aerodynamicist at BAR has worked in Formula one for

about 20 years. He was Head of Aerodynamics at Benetton F1 until the end of

Michael Schumacher’s first World Championship winning year in 1994 and then

worked in the same role at Ferrari until the end of 1998. In this talk

Willem compares the performance benefits of tyres, weight, power,

aerodynamics and electronics amongst other factors.  He then explains in

some detail how aerodynamic testing is done in F1.
