Problem is i think everyone thinks that they can do it, so now the price of a property in need of renovation/modernisation in silly, We have looked at a fair few places, but by the time the work has been carried out you wont be making a big enough profit (or am i greedy?) I think you need to do it full time and knock it out as quick as possible... and the property market is strange at the moment.... Oh well..... Glen. Quote
