Elise 111S (should be a westy)

Golf 1.8T (for getting the missus to work)

Daihatsu Fourtrak (for trashing the by-ways and upsetting horseriders)

Rover 45 (for holding up traffic and middle lane driving)

DAF 130 7.5T lorry (for the horses and to keep the missus quiet)

didn't know you had an elise now shaun , maybe i should visit a thames valley meet again soon so i can take the p*** out of blaters an compare elise notes with you , IMHO the 111s is better than our sport 160 ...... until you leave them both on idle  :)

Neil Hatton has now taken over AO at TV, but I will be at Christmas meal on 12th Dec - r u going? otherwise meet up at Novs meet.  How do you mean - the 111S is better than the 160?

IIRC, 111S Elises have better gear ratios or something...

indeed they come with a close ratio box , also its the vvc engine in the 111s which has a better torque curve , the 160 is just way to peaky for the road , but mine is errrrrr green so who cares it must be the best there is eh blatters.

Just the 3 in the household:

My Megabusa (has to live in a council garage, as no garage at home)

VW Golf 1.4SE (Old as the hills, but a hoot to drive as at 90,000 miles is nice and loose).

Hoping to change the little Golf for a Hartage Mini Cooper S soon.

Yup. Besides, in the pub p******** contest, no-one cares about torque or gear ratios, just power. So 160 is of course better than 111. Nasty greeen colouring seals the deal... :D:D:D
