Steven (WE51STE)
I've done the search and found some links to the VOSA site but all the links are dead. I've also done a rearch on the VOSA site and all I get is a link saying it can be purches on paper for 35 notes. Does anyone have or a link to an electronic version of this document. TIA Steve
jonlewis
Much like Grisham, I think you are expected to buy it rather than download it.
Mark Purves
I would have thought that by now someone would have scanned it etc. (for their own personel use of course)
Steven (WE51STE)
Aghhhh In todays world with our so called "caring" and "environmentally aware" goverments they would rather sell us a paper based version rather than make information available in electronic form. So much for eGOV
daverobs
There was a "draft" copy in PDF format around somewhere, I am searching as we speak but not having much success!
Graham
The draft was on the DVLA site, I assume some people have downloaded and copied it to their own websites. Here's a link... SVA manual

jonlewis
I was wrong... and robbed cause I bought one. It is worth noting that this new one is much better than the old. Alot clearer.
