Hi mate, I went last year, and just booked me tickets for Friday this year.

There was some really good stuff to look at-a huge spread of motors, from the humble and woobly beginnings of the motor industry, right up to present day This included a a fair amount of motorsport orientated stuff.

And there was also some classic 'modded' motors too. How about a standard looking Fiat Strada with a BMW V8 shoehorned in the front?  :0  I dont know why either-but it gives you an idea of the diversity of cars on show...

Not much that I can remember that lit my fire component wise though IIRC...  :t-up:

UPDATE

Went to the show today and enjoyed it , 2 cars on the Westfield stand, an 1800 and the new 11.

As Stu said previous, not much in the way of component suppliers, although i did have a chat with spax about replacement dampers.

Spax were more expensive than cat's AVO'S, Errrr Why ?      :sheep:

Some very nice Minis there though......

Oh and some Dancing rock'n' rollers in the American cars area  :0  :0

Very enjoyable day yesterday (Sat)

Lots of nice cars, plenty of tacky ones. Red / Black Mustang Mach II was highlight, but also plenty of Mk1 & 2 Escorts, Jags and so on. Agree with you on Westfield stand, nicely presented for type of show. Also saw Stirling Moss, in wheelchair but looking pretty chirpy.

Some OK tool / jumble stands, including two companies selling power-drill driven car tilters (about £500).

And what did I buy?  Some ratchet pruning shears for Mrs. Hitler. (it was only on the way home that I remembered about John Wayne Bobbit).

PS - Not much Crumpet on show , but going to K-Show in Dusseldorf this week so hopefully some Posh Totty there.

I got there half hour before show open-and was still there when the show closed. Lovely quiet day, but still really difficult to take it all in. Never found the Westfield stand (p'raps they werent there on the Friday?) Quite how Ultima's get into a show like that, I dont know, but there again, who cares? :D

Measured the Garage mate and it won't fit in it

I wish.... :xmas:  :xmas:

Have to say there was some nice noises coming from the 'Passenger rides area' , £70 for a trip in a Lambo or Ferrari.
