Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO Posted December 9, 2004 Author Posted December 9, 2004 For Scott and anyone else who claims not to have seen the menu Choice of Starters Ogen Melon filled with port Home-made Chicken liver pate Fresh Mushrooms served in a Creamy Garlic sauce Hor’s D’Ouvre of Avocado, Egg Mayonnaise and Fresh Salmon Prawn and Asparagus Salad round with Sherry and Dill Mayonnaise Home-made Soup of the Day **************************************************************************** Choice of Main Course Roast Turkey served with Chipolata Sausage and Stuffing Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding Roast Leg of Lamb served with Stilton Stuffing and Port Wine Sauce Fresh Salmon set on a Spring Onion Mash served with Mushroom Sauce Breast of Chicken wrapped in Bacon served with Mushroom Sauce Half a Roast Duck served with Black Cherries in Sauce Sirloin Steak with Garnish or served ‘Au Poivre’ Goats Cheese Pasta served with Tomatoe Sauce topped with Roasted Peppers Christmas Pudding / Choice of Sweet / Cheese and Biscuits Coffee and Mints you can decide what you want on the night You now have a choice. We will be at the Horton Arms at 7.45pm and leave at 8.00 for the Roebuck, its about a 10 min drive, anyone arriving after 8.00 will have to make their own way there, some folks are going straight to the Roebuck. the meal starts at 8.30pm the choice is yours c u on the night Quote
