Firstly I must tell you that a " Q " prefix personalised registration mark, if purchased, can only be assigned to a vehicle that already qualifies for a " Q " registrations mark. There is however still a lot to do before we are able to announce precise release details and the preparatory work is unlikely to be completed soon.
