I've only been there about a year and I love it altho' I find it diffiucult somestimes as the job has taken over my life. so not much westfielding! When I'm not doing my main job of Leisure Time Manager, I'm habitually a contract Software Projects Delivery Test Manager/ Consultant/ Project Manager/ etc..., currently working on Chip & PIN accreditation programme for Selfridges.
