sjtoolan
I suppose it depends on where you are taking the measurements, what setup you have... But, my car, with the westfield dry sump, and a VDO temp sensor in the bottom of the dry sump tank, I get the following. Oil pressure approx 4 bar when the engine is started from cold. Once the engine and oil has warmed up, ie after a good blat, oil pressure will read around 1/2 bar at idle, some cars read 0 bar (but the needle has moved up a bit from it's stop). Oil temperature really depends on how good a blat. Normal driving on the roads and mine reads around 50 degC, after a really good thrash, ie on track, it'll be up to 90 or maybe 100degC. Simon.
