So where were you all then? Just 8 die hards made it on the night - quite a contrast from the 30+ in previous months. Was it the weather, holidays, work or apathy? We discussed the idea of going to the 'Ring next year - perhaps to help celebrate my 40th Birthday (any excuse). Wish I'd brought the tin-top as I got drowned on the way home!! Mark Purves Posted August 4, 2004 Share Posted August 4, 2004 Tony, We all came back in one piece Weather was VVhot got burnt nose to prove it No majors for any of us apart from Neckie going off with Jamie on board, me doing a 360 but staying on the track. Then when I had Jamie on board a Ford Escort with 4 germans on board decided to right its self off just in front of us 5 km in to the lap.
