Comical Engineer
Just polishing the tools ready for a w/end in the scrappie..... Anyone know if i am OK to use uprights and diff from a Sierra Saph or (god forbid! an estate? Seems to be a bit of a shortage of hatches at the moment round here. Cheers for any info. stu999
I'm guessing SDV? Diff is probably OK from any Sierra variant (but the ratio's may vary). Upright are specific to age IIRC-and *I think* Sapphires are out of that range-although I stand to be corrected. HTH Stu.
Comical Engineer
Guessed right - SDV it is. Currently getting all the bits together before the chassis - got a wedding to pay for before I can part with the readies for the car.
Mat Jackson
I`ve got a sierra diff and driveshafts in the garage if you want them for free (well, may accept a crate of stella!!! It has push-in shafts rather than bolt on, but don`t think that is a problem. If you want them (or anyone else for that matter) just drop me PM.
