Chaps.

I have been listening to Chris Moyles on radio 1 recently and he always asks people what their favourite cheese is, so i thought i would raise the question here...

Mine is probably the Stilton!!

Not much of a cheese person really. My current favourite though (though it pains me to say it) is Y Fenni (welsh mild cheese with mustard and ale).

Good point...I'm also partial to a bit of grilled halloumi...

Odd texture, almost like meat.

Roquefort, Emmental, Mozarella (Has to be buffalo of course)....

If I had to choose just one, it'd be Emmental, despite the fact that it's Swiss, and right now anything Swiss must be out of favour.
