DavidC Posted May 20, 2003 Share Posted May 20, 2003 Does anyone know of a towing service available in the Midlands to get my part build car to an exhaust manufacturer so he can finish off the system that he's started for me? I hope to have the engine in for good within the next fortnight, and he needs the car for a day or two to finish off the system. Problems are: 1) I have no trailer, 2) I don't have a car to tow with, 3) My licence doesn't cover towing a trailer (post 1996 licence). Suggestions? The car needs to get to Macclesfield. I looked at where Chris Baker's phone number is on streetmap.co.uk, and he's the best part of 100 miles away from me, so that'd end up with me paying for a lot of extra wasted miles. If I could tow, then I'd hire a trailer quite happily, but I can't so I won't. I'm in Warwick, the car's in Leamington. Paul: Bribe who with how much cash?
