taffy Posted May 31, 2004 Share Posted May 31, 2004 Hi Had a good bit o fun at Curborough yesterday. The club (Shenstone CC) ran a Intro to Sprinting day. I didnt realise it was for anybody, otherwise I would have posted it. Couple of 7,s there, good sunshine, quite interesting, covered how to enter sprints, scruteneering, and a few laps with experienced sprinters, in their car and then your own.
