@Stuart@Euan Hoosearmy I'm actually based in Haslemere, with many potential non-motorway routes.  The quickest would take me west out to Winchester.  I could be easily convinced to scrap the idea of towing in favour of a numb bum if there's a possibility of an early Saturday morning convoy...

Do we have a list of volunteers for the show? I’m sure I have filled in the volunteer form, but a senior moment is giving me doubts

We do have a list and you are indeed on it.
 

Your senior moment is a great way of reminding members to volunteer. The more the merrier please

 

. As for you being notified, we advised closing the volunteer request list on the 15 May 2026. Further information sharing will commence from then.

Quick question looks like I will be there on the Saturday as long as the weather is good LOL
Will be my first year coming, I guess we park in a designated area or just anywhere at the show ? Do I need to bring anything with me like membership info ? 

Sorry I did try and look through all the info posts in the main section but could not find anything specific..

There is a co-ordinated parking area (Westfield Alley) specifically for you at the WSCC pitch, where volunteer marshals will help you to park (assuming you arrive in the Westfield)
