The Event Organiser has Advised today that the Replica & Self Build Festival  has been cancelled due to lack of ticket sales:

 

Dear Ticket Holder

 

I’m writing to you personally to let you know that the Replica & Self Build Festival has been cancelled. This has been an extremely difficult decision to make.

We had assembled what I truly believe would have been the largest gathering of kit and replica manufacturers seen for many years, alongside a full weekend of festival entertainment at a fantastic venue. A huge amount of passion, time, and effort went into planning the event.

However, despite significant advertising investment and extensive promotion, ticket sales did not reach the level required to deliver the experience and atmosphere you rightly deserve. Rather than proceed with an event that could not meet expectations, I felt it was the responsible decision to cancel.

I am genuinely sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience this will cause. Please be assured that all ticket holders will receive a full refund. Refunds will start being processed tomorrow and will be completed no later than Friday 8 May, with payments returned automatically to the original method used. No action is required from you.

Thank you sincerely for your support and belief in the event. I regret that we weren’t able to bring this one across the finish line, and I truly appreciate everyone who backed the vision.

That's a really busy weekend for me - couple of significant birthdays, plus the Lincolnshire Classic motorshow AND Kimbolton Country Fayre on the Sunday.

Will try to make it to this, but will be on the Saturday and depend on getting a pink ticket...
