As for the rest of the form Scotty: 16 = 2 20 = Year of Manufacter (ie: 2004) 22 = Petrol 23 = Chassis Number (Stamped on chassis) 24 = Engine Number (Stamped on Engine) 25 = CC of Engine 33 = Your Name & Address That's All I filled out and they didn't question it a bit.
