Help - How do I upload literature into the Downloads section?

I have acquired and scanned some old (1984/85!) brochures and price lists - how do I go about uploading them into the Literature section in Downloads? When I click on "Submit a File" all the section pick list options are greyed out and I can't select them - can anyone assist?  Westfield colour brochure c.1984.pdf

Thanks @SteveB21 I’ve uploaded it now.  That area is an archive so is locked down to those with Administrator privileges to prevent accidents. If you add the others below or PM them to me, I’ll add them in. 👍
