Renewed with Howden yet again after searching around and having a ding-dong bad experience with Adrian Flux.

 

Always impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable they are at A-Plan-den (sorry, been with A-Plan too long to change to Howden completely!).  Thanks to the team for your help.

 

(They offered me a much cheaper policy than Highway with a company called MarkerStudy.  It seemed too good to be true at that price, so I looked them up on TrustPilot - let's just say that even with Howden's team in place, MarkerStudy's very poor reputation was sufficient for me to pay extra for Highway.)

Got my renewal done as well although a little more than last year still cheaper than the competition, great service by Kacey.

I think I'm with MarkerStudy via AIB, I'd better investigate this then.

Blimey, I don't think I've. Ever seen so many 1 star reviews, with most of them saying they'd leave nil stars but it's not an option!

And it looks like they’ve been working harder on getting negative reviews removed than anything else.  Tell me how this averages out to a 4.2 star rating:

 

Answer: It doesn’t.  According to my maths, that’s a 2.6 star rating, not 4.2
