evosteve Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Is it just me, but is the new advert a bit in your face and over the top? Quote

It’s too large, which can happen when logos are uploaded. I need to whip out Mr Photoshop and resize the logo, then upload it again. Leave it with me, I’ll handle it when I’m next on my desktop. 1 Quote
Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Does this mean we've got a new sponsor/advertiser? Can someone therefore please update the list used by the mod team. It's not been touched for sometime....................... Quote
Captain Colonial Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Done my best @evosteve but for some reason it just expands the JPG to that size no matter how much I shrink it. Sorry. Quote
Captain Colonial Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago @Kingster At the bottom of the forum, no. After the first post in individual forums, it's bigger than other ads and a bit dominating. All the ads really should be the same size in my own humble opinion as everything I say is in the best possible taste. 1 Quote
Kingster Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago @Captain Colonial however that particular ad does seem to appear disproportionately (in frequency) compared to the rest? Might need a review of the settings… Quote

I’ve made an adjustment and will monitor things going forward. Looks like it worked. 1 Quote
