Other carbon suppliers

I'm receiving some messages asking for help contacting other carbon suppliers that have either taken orders or peoples money.

 

Yes i do know a lot of people but unfortunately I CANNOT help you .Please take your problems up with the person thats taken your order or taken your money

Sadly I can only echo what Ash says.

 

As a club, we rely on excellent Traders like Ash/AP Carbon, who go above and beyond to look after their customers.

 

we do “housekeep”, if we have sufficient credible* reports of problems with a Trader, and remove that status. (*we have to give people a fair shot, very occasionally, thankfully not on here, but I’ve witnessed on Facebook, you get some false reports occasionally)

 

sadly though, there’s nothing Ash or anyone else, us included, can do to make a business respond; if they’re ghosting you, they’ll ghost us, too.

 

For those unfortunate enough to get caught up in these, I can only suggest documenting everything, and depending on how you paid, speak to your bank, card company etc. Sadly, the amounts are often too small to make small claims court viable, but don’t be afraid to look in to it, on a case by case basis.

 

Beyond that, I can only advise picking your suppliers with care, and looking for those with lots of positive feedback and/or well established track records, like Ash.
