luke58 Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Hello, my name is Luc Seys, my username on the site is Luke58. I sent you an email but have not had any response. The question is that I paid £35 for my 2025 membership, but I received the email that this corresponds to a digital subscription. What I wanted was a paper subscription, to receive my magazine by post and therefore receive the calendar also on paper by post. Having already paid the £35 as requested, how should I pay the supplement, namely £33 if I am not mistaken. I may not be on the site often, but I want to keep my membership to the club and therefore to have my magazine every three months in my mailbox as well as my calendar. While waiting to hear from you, in order to resolve this small inconvenience, I send you my sincere greetings. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your entire family a very happy holiday season and my best wishes for the new year ahead. Best regards, Luke 58 Would it be possible for you to reply to my message box, as it is sometimes difficult for me to find my way around, thank you Quote

Captain Colonial Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Hi @luke58 Sorry you haven't had a response to your email. However, I do have some good news for you. The changes to the Store packages and their prices were applied only a few days after you renewed your membership, which now expires on 25/11/25. Unless the committee decides to do something on applying prices retrospectively on existing memberships, and I have no evidence that this will be the case, you'll still be getting your hard copies of Westfield World and your club calendar in the post without paying anything further. Once your membership expires in late November next year, you can either renew your current membership level at £68.00, or take standard membership at £35.00 which includes electronic copies of Westfield World and a posted hard copy of the calendar. Hope that's all clear for you, but let me know if you need anything further. (Email also sent.) 1 3 Quote
