Hello, I just acquired a Westfield that a fellow imported from Japan. I’ve always wanted a 7 and it’s a very nice dark green with the full front fenders and RHD. So far I have found no one in the States that has one so I hope that when I have a question, which I am sure to have, some of you folks can help out.  Great fun!

Great choice! Sounds as though your car looks similar to mine.

By chance I’ve been chatting with a friend that would like to buy mine to export it to his winter home in Florida. I’m just not sure I’m ready to let mine go.

That’s a long way from AZ but at least I would know there is another in the states.  It would be a shame to part with it.  There is a fellow in the Phoenix Lotus Club with a Caterham who wants to drive but it’s still over 100 degrees in the desert so it may be a few more weeks.

AHA! just realised that the Community Map might include a few past members, thus may not be that current.

@Kingster I looked at that earlier and most of them are 'WSCC SORN'. Could do with updating but no idea how that might happen.

@AZ7 there is definitely still a current member @Davemk1 in Montana but that's also a long way from you

Hmmm same here. There's no way to filter out SORN (or Ex) Members.

 

I can prune out SORN's from the database, but it's a one-off manual task that will need repeating every so often.

Just did a test and can hide SORN rather than delete (in case they come back)

OK, just did a tweak where EX members are shown in black with an "X" - might be useful to see who used to be around?

 

Let me know if you ike that or would prefer not to see them at all.

I've met quite a few Americans recently, whilst on my drives in the Highlands of Scotland and I must say that they are all very interested in my car, most saying that they've never seen anything like it before.

The last people I spoke to were from Seattle, Minnesota and New York, though there were others too. 

 

Have fun driving it and I'm sure you'll get plenty of attention 😊
