Touring Westfield wanted

Hi All,

 

Recently joined the club and am after my first Westfield. 
 

A bit of a list below. Will be a touring car so not after anything track focused. I’m in Silverstone and can travel for a couple of hours. 
 

Essential

- Wide body

- Lowered floor (I’m tall)

- Independent rear suspension

- Injection engine

- Heater

- Quick release steering wheel

 

Preferred

- Zetec 1.8 or 2.0

- Throttle bodies

- 4 point harness

- Bright colour

- Low ish miles

- Windscreen not aero screen

Before you dismiss a normal floored widebody (which come up for sale a lot more often), have you tried one on for size?  I'm 6'5 and have had 3 Westfields, none which had a lowered floor.  They all had a top mounted pedal box though, which helps a lot for space.

@Quinten Hi! Yes I’ve sat in several friend’s cars of both flavours.  It’s goes from being comfortable/useable to being a bit like Donkey Kong…

If you get in and out a lot you'll really wish that you had 3 point inertias (IMO).
