Excellent! The car looks fab, what engine do you have in it?

If you look in the Community map you will see which members are closest. Not sure who the AO is for your area but they can link you into meets and activity I’m sure.

After a rough start into ownership we got our first run out in the Westie up Hartside Pass.

Having never driven anything like this and coming from high power hatches ( 500 BHP RS3, TTRS, 570 BHP Golf R ), I have got to say I'm hooked! This thing is simply mind blowing in every sense.

It gets so much attention everywhere we go, loads of people taking photo's of it.

We also bought the trailer and track wheels, so we will be hoping to get on track to learn how to drive it properly, because this thing re writes what's possible in the twisty's.

A couple of photos captured by a photographer.

I will hopefully bump in to some of you out and about, but I'm not sure there are many Westie owners in Carlisle.

You’ve bought a seriously well sorted car there, congratulations.

Enjoy!

Nice one 👍

Certainly an eye catching car in black with the small headlights and green highlights.

Great fun mixing it with the bikers too.

Yeah mixing it with bikers was fun. The westie is a replacement for a bike as my missus didn't want me to get another.

Yes, it goes very well. Ultra responsive. The engine / mapping is a work of art.

I made the aluminium hangers for the diffuser, the thing that helps it go even faster 🤣

Cool, I was trying to raise the diffuser yesterday, but it is as high as it will go due to the fuel tank.
