Can anyone give me any info.

Got a vauxhuall engined wide body and am about top buy some 13" wheels (7 " wide) for the front of the car. Got 8's on the back

Not sure what offset is best, will be using for hillclimbs and sprints in Scotland

Any ideas??......................please
