Yeah that's the one I'd planned to use myself. Only 1 week, not bad!

1 sheet looks like it's plenty to do all 3 vents @RickRack?

After taking a while to get these vent mesh made, they’re finally completed and installed. @Quinten the moulds worked really well - brilliant. And managed to make a spare set just in case. 
 

 

Moulds on route to @Flying Carrot Steve please let me know when you get them. Cheers Phil R

The moulds have now arrived with me. I'll make mine as soon as I have access to a decent vice.
