Ooooo, it's that time of the year.

 

Will @Glynn Walters make it this year? (downed with covid last year)

Will @Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman's hair be as flyaway as last year?

Will @Rob Hunter - Club Secretary  kiss his car again?

Will @Stuart Davis (fatblokestu) AO- Devon & Somerset and Laura join us?

 

All these questions, tut tut. So, who is coming along for a maniac day out dressed as Santa?

 

Same as last year, we are meeting at McDonalds, Matlock 10am, going North, then South and finishing at Quacker's cafe, Bakewell 1pm-ish. @Ian Kinder (Bagpuss) - Joint Peak District AO says the weather is good, so blame him if it isn't😮😂

Hopefully I won’t be unlucky enough to get covid/manflu for the 3rd year on the trot the week before Christmas!😂🤞 so hopefully be there!!!🎅🏻

Although the manflu is improving slowly, Given how catastrophically worse it got last week after going out to soon, I'm going to duck out of the Santa run now. I just don't want to risk making it worse again right at the start of next week, too much work stuff on that's already been pushed back a week.

 

Gutted to miss it, but I daren't go.

 

Hopefully catch up over the Christmas/New Year period.

Thanks for letting us know, you and your lovely curly locks will be missed. If you feel a bit better over Christmas we will be out and about and without any doubt we will be at Carsington Water on New Years Day, 10am (in the MX5 if it's pouring down), there are bacon sandwiches to be destroyed! Stay tuned for updates in the Event's section.

 

Hopefully we can clash with @Stuart Davis (fatblokestu) AO- Devon & Somerset over the period too.
