Yes, I've seen the photos @Nomad took from the angles their photographer didn't want you to see, it shows a very different story.

  • The seller notes that although the engine produces 252bhp in its standard form, the ECU has been upgraded. -- So what BHP is it now?

CONDITION 

  • The horn label on the dashboard appears to be upside-down. Turn it round, easy fix!
  • The seller reports that the low fuel warning light flickers even when the tank is full, though they are not aware of any further mechanical or electrical faults. - AIM dash needs programming correctly

it's been "auctioned" several times this year already, not sure if it's really sold or not...

Despite having no reserve, for some crazy reason the seller still has the right to refuse to sell at the end of the auction!

You'd hope so, but he was trying to sell it previously for £25K and if it's well built and good condition, it should get that. Hence if the fee is less that £7K, it may be worth paying and continuing to try to sell.
