Condition not important as I'm likely changing the appearance of them anyway.  For the benefit of doubt, these are the ones I'm after (picture taken from Westfield parts shop)

I'm not sure...  I will measure the width and see if that can determine if it is wider than the standard detachable arches

Not the best picture, but I measured about 23cm (rising to 24cm towards the top of the wheel arch).  About 18cm to the 'ridge'....
