I originally purchased the chassis and suspension components in 2001 and built the car over approximately 5 years during my summer breaks from university, registering it in 2008. The car has had little usage and has mostly been stored in my parents garage and then my uncles garage for the last 2 years. In the last week I have moved the car to my house in Crouch End, North London for the sale. I put a lot of work into the car and am very proud of it but with very limited usage, I just can’t justify keeping and it would be great to pass it on to an enthusiast. I have detailed out the various components below but any questions please ask. 2.0l Zetec with twin Weber DCOE 45s carburetors and K&N filters. Engine and carburetors set up by Dunnell Engines. The engine kit (including carburetors) was provided by Dunnell engines and included the following: 3D Clubmans Ignition Management System Inlet manifold Water pump and pipework Modified sump Alternator Cam cover This should deliver between 167 and 172bhp The engine was taken from a Ford Mondeo manufactured in September 1993 Aluminium radiator with Kenlowe fan. PC680 Odyssey Extreme Racing 25 12v 16Ah Battery purchased in September 2020 Ford MT75 gearbox – reconditioned by road and race transmissions Limited slip differential - reconditioned by road and race transmissions Westfield exhaust and silencer Independent suspension with chrome front wishbones and suspension coils Black wide bodywork for 205mm wide tyres Chrome headlights and clear front indicators with orange bulbs. RAC rollbar Westfield leather seats Willans 4 point red harnesses ETB chromed instruments. OZ Superleggera Wheels 15" Brakes – Cortina type 2 pot calipers at the front and Sierra single pot at the rear Heated windscreen. Boot tonneau cover. Side screens I have a hood which can be stretched over the RAC rollbar. Spare wheel including the holder and all kit to fit it, including the number plate holder. Indoor car cover Outdoor car cover A number of boxes of spares which is mainly bolts, washers, rivets etc which can be used as needed. Based in Crouch End, North London.
