Before you all get too excited, I suggest you need to factor in the fact people run diffent size and core thickness rads and use different mounting methods. Hence you may need to make different size ducts or be prepared to chop them to fit.

This is very true Ian. I've noticed that although I run a 70mm Coolex rad which some have said is overkill, mine is not very tall compared to most I've seen.

Mine is a turbo and I reckon the guy who converted it knew what he was doing, he fitted a 70mm because being a turbo heat management was crucial but also he fitted the intercooler above the rad whereas most seem to fitted in front of the rad, so a shorter but thicker rad seems to make sense in my case.

Different size cores will only mean you need to trim the front edge

I've (re) used the same aly Aero Race ducting now on both 50mm and 70mm core rads, and with fan/ARB combinations needing the rad/duct assembly to move forward in the nose. I found not only did the length need trimming but the angle of the top and bottom pieces too, as other wise, they no longer met the shorter sides, if that makes sense.

I might have one left over in the garage that I was planning to use - will try and dig it out this weekend for you!
