I ordered a couple of the sew on patches from 'Patcholand' having see this thread. Very good quality as mentioned and certainly improve my plain black seats I think.

What type of adhesive did you use? I am very tempted to copy this idea.

I used a fabric adhesive which works well on the pvc as well. If you need to remove at any time will be quite easy to remove residue from seat I think.
