It seems very dismissive, (ironically for an event based around classics) of all those without a smartphone of their own, let alone those camping for three or four days, who may now have to pay to use on site charging points or find some other way of charging the phones.

 

A short sighted and arrogant attitude to ticketing.

Difficult to sell on your spare ticket as well.

For those who can come in the circuit with me Thursday afternoon to set up I have 6 passes on my phone app to distribute for entry. So contact me with your email address for your Silverstone ticket app and I can distribute accordingly. 

 

Decamp is either Sunday evening or Monday morning and we do not need a app ticket for this
