After speaking to Simon Wasterfall I have taken his advice and fitted some cheaper shocks/springs. Its a simple solution  and will save more weight and apart from setting the ride height it does not need any adjustment or changes for different tracks or conditions. Might not even need the ARB. Saved me a fortune! That's what mates are for and this was free advice as well

No problem @Terry Everall - WSCC Competition Secretary although we may be competitors on the track, I know that as a yorkshireman every penny counts, Hoping to see no sqat and 2 second 64ft times next season.

Terry sorry to tell you this but you have them mounted upside down they won't work correctly like that

If they are upside down that probably explains why they feel a bit stiff under load as well as rebound
