Just in case you hadn't seen it in the current magazine.

We need your best photos to feature in the 2023 calendar which will be included in the next issue of the Club mag. It could be an action shot on the road or track, your car surrounded by a stunning vista, or anything else Westfield related that looks the part. So get hunting through your cameras, phones and folders for your best shots and send them in.

 

A few important things to remember:

• All photos must be taken by you (or a friend or relative or Club Member) and you must have the full rights to use it - no purchased professional photos are allowed!
• Landscape Format only (Portrait photos will not be suitable or considered)
• JPG format files only full page A4 photos so we need the biggest you have (at least 1mb but ideally more) to be suitable for use

 

Please send photos via WeTransfer to westfieldworld@gmail.com and include your name, who is in the photo and a description of where/when/what is included.

 

The closing date for entries is:

4th November 2022

@Andy Malone - Editor can you confirm you are receiving emails Ok I've just sent a we-transfer link with pictures to both emails (editor@wscc.co.uk and westfieldworld@gmail.com )but had an undeliverable notification? not sure from which address? I copied myself in and received OK

A quick reminder that the calendar submission deadline is 4th November so gather your best photo before then!

 

Please note: The email problems seem to be getting worse so for anything calendar/magazine related please contact me via the Gmail account(westfieldworld@gmail.com) which seems reliable.

Also as a quick note, I reply to each submission I get once it's been downloaded (usually within 1-2 days of receiving). So if you send things over and don't get a reply within a few days it may be worth dropping me a line to check if it has come through.

Just over a week to go for calendar submissions, we've had a great response so far with over 150 photos now in contention!

 

I have downloaded and replied to every one I have received so far, however it does look like some have gone walkabout. As such, if you haven't had a handwritten reply by my fair hand confirming receipt (or if you have received a WeTransfer email to say your files haven't been downloaded and expired) then there is a good chance I never got the submission so please send it over again to westfieldworld@gmail.com

 

Any queries please just drop me and email or a DM on here and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

I’ve sent a few, we transfer says they’ve been sent successfully, but I haven’t yet had an email to say they’ve been downloaded?

Please note the @wscc.co.uk addresses are now being blocked (spam filtered) at a Google/Microsoft level; we are looking for a permanent solution for this as a matter of urgency.

 

Unfortunately, because they're being blocked at such a high level, no one gets notified when they are.
